REMINDER: Programming reservations will NOT be facilitated via the official Dream Con Mobile App. That platform will only be used as a secondary resource to build your potential schedule. Leap Conventions will be the primary reservation system for Dream Con 2024 Programming RSVP. Attendees must use the Leap Conventions confirmation webpage to participate in programming reservations. Additional instructions with a walkthrough enclosed below. Reservations do not guarantee entry if you arrive late to the programming and require arrival no earlier than 45 minutes from the event start time (1 hour for Main Stage events). In the best effort to begin our programming on time, RSVPs for Premier Stage events are valid until 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

Programming reservations are an important event feature to mitigate crowding and long wait times for high demand activities. Not all programming activities require a reservation but are typically noted on the official schedule via the Dream Con mobile app if necessary for attendance.

NOTE: Details such as time, location, capacity, and featured talent of all events (with or without a required RSVP) are subject to change at staff discretion without notice.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A LEAP CONVENTIONS CONFIRMATION PAGE WITH QR CODES FOR ADMISSION BADGES TO PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMMING RSVPs. The same QR code will also be required to check-in for programming on-site at the event. Any supplemental QR codes for other event products such as after parties cannot be used to participate in reservations or gain entry on-site at the venue.

While we expect programming reservations to fill quickly, these RSVPs will remain open until the actual panel date and time so that if anyone cancels their reservation, it can be reclaimed. Cancelled reservations are automatically re-added into inventory but there is no mailing list or notification system that will alert attendees an event has available RSVP slots. Event coordinators encourage attendees to check periodically at their own convenience or leisure.

In order to make a reservation, you must either login to your Leap Conventions/GrowTix account or have access to your badge confirmation email from tickets@growtix.com. If you cannot find your email, contact Leap Conventions Customer Care via the email address that was used to purchase the badge and it can be re-sent. If someone else purchased your badge for you, please contact them and ask them to send you a copy of the confirmation email.  

If you haven’t completed the "We're Planning The Convention Of YOUR Dreams" pop-up survey questions on your Leap Conventions Confirmation Web page, you will need to do so before you’re able to make reservations. You can do this early by opening up your confirmation page prior to the beginning of an RSVP session. NOTE: This is a standard pop up survey requesting demographic information about attendees that appears subsequently after the initial purchase of any order with a QR code admission badge. You may have already completed this survey after originally receiving the confirmation web page of your admission badge QR codes. There is NOT a different/separate survey with pop-up questions exclusively about reservations that needs to be completed. If a survey does NOT pop-up then likely the questions have already been answered and the survey is complete. Please proceed on to the next steps.

If you purchased multiple badges and have multiple QR codes in the same order or in separate orders, please be aware that reservations must be made one at a time for each badge that you purchased. You can share your confirmation email/confirmation web page with the other badge holders in your group so they can make their own reservations, or you can confirm them all yourself while supplies last.

NOTE: IF YOU SHARE YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE WITH OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP THEN ANY PERSON CAN ADD OR REMOVE RESERVATIONS FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THAT ORDER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT OF OTHERS.

THE CONFIRMATION PAGE DOES NOT ALLOW USERS TO RESTRICT AN INDIVIDUAL FROM REVIEWING, ADDING, OR REMOVING PROGRAMMING RESERVATIONS FOR OTHER PEOPLE INTENTIONALLY OR ACCIDENTALLY.

BE MINDFUL OF SUCH SCENARIOS BEFORE SHARING YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE. NEITHER LEAP CONVENTIONS OR DREAM CON CAN TROUBLESHOOT SUCH INCIDENTS.

Regardless of the chosen method, coordinators highly recommend assigning a name (as it appears on a valid photo ID) to each badge ahead of time to simplify tracking information.

To do this:

  • Login to your Leap Conventions/GrowTix account or open your Dream Con 2024 confirmation email from tickets@growtix.com
  • Click the Gray Box that says “VIEW YOUR ORDER ONLINE” or “CLICK HERE TO VIEW YOUR ORDER ONLINE AND MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE” After this, your confirmation page will pop up
  • Click on the rectangular blue button labeled "Edit" to assign a name (as it appears on a valid photo ID) to each admission badge QR code; this name will also appear on any forthcoming programming reservation. Visual enclosed below for clarity and convenience. NOTE: the rectangular blue button labeled "Edit" and its capabilities will only be available between Monday, July 15th at 7:00pm CST and Monday, July 22nd at 11:59pm CST. Beyond that time frame QR codes will default to the standard registration policy/protocol outlined in the admission badge product description, admission badge terms and conditions, Leap Conventions confirmation web page messaging, and Dream Con website FAQ.

How to rsvp for programming

To make a reservation:

  1. Search your inbox for a Dream Con 2024 Confirmation Email from tickets.conventions@leapevent.tech or tickets@growtix.com. Contact Leap Conventions via their Customer Care portal if you cannot locate this document. REMINDER: Event coordinators recommend doing this in advance to give customer care time to respond.
  2. Select the grey rectangular button labeled “VIEW YOUR ORDER ONLINE” or “CLICK HERE TO VIEW YOUR ORDER ONLINE AND MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE” then allow the webpage to refresh and redirect to your Leap Conventions Confirmation Webpage with QR codes.

  1. Once you’re able to access your Leap Conventions confirmation webpage, scroll near the bottom of the page to locate your QR Code. Select the rectangular orange-yellowish button labeled “Register For Panels” NOTE: This button will not appear until the established and promoted release time/date.
  1. SELECTING THE "REGISTER FOR PANELS" BUTTON AFTER THE ESTABLISHED AND PROMOTED RELEASE TIME WILL PLACE YOU IN THE VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM. IF YOU ARE ON THIS PAGE PRIOR TO THE ESTABLISHED TIME/DATE PLEASE REFRESH THE PAGE, ALLOW THE BUTTON TO APPEAR, THEN SELECT THE AFOREMENTIONED ORANGE RECTANGULAR BUTTON TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE VIRTUAL QUEUE WAITING ROOM.

  1. After exiting the queue you can view which programming reservations are available and make your selections by clicking the small black text that reads "Options". NOTE: Each RSVP will be solely for the individual QR code selected at the beginning of this process. To place a reservation for multiple badges, an attendee will need to repeat this process several times on one device for each QR code or use multiple devices simultaneously for each QR code.

  1. Select the rectangular green "ADD" button for each programming activity you are interested in attending (if quantities are available) to build your schedule. NOTE: The image below is solely an example for demonstration purposes only. The times and dates do not reflect the official Dream Con schedule.
  1. Once a programming reservation has been officially confirmed it will appear on the right side under the "Managing Schedule" section. This section will also display how many reservations (Example "1 of 7 Selected") each individual QR code admission badge has left which can vary depending on variety of factors including, but not limited to, the release session date, admission badge type, and/or event year.

  1. Be advised there will be no separate confirmation email or additional QR code to verify your registration for a programming activity. Attendees must return to their Leap Conventions Confirmation web page containing QR codes for admission badges to review, confirm, or cancel any programming reservation. Status examples enclosed below. Excessive no-shows will be restricted from making reservations in the future and will risk having all reservations cancelled for affiliated events.

NOTE: There will be delays in reply communications as the release date arrives closer due to high-demand within the community for this opportunity. Be proactive and plan ahead in order to receive a timely response from Leap Conventions Customer Care during standard business hours. REMINDER: Please refrain from submitting queries and details regarding specific issues (especially those with personal, identifiable information) via social media through private direct messages or public posts. Those platforms are operated by a separate team without access to management systems required to properly investigate and resolve incidents.


Will there be Standby lines? what about ada? what about premium?

Continue to monitor the website and mobile app for details regarding on-site protocol.

How DO I KNOW IF MY RSVP SELECTION IS CONFIRMED?

The presence of an event title under the "Managing Schedule" header on the right hand side of the screen is the only confirmation of selection needed and available. There will not be a separate QR code, button, email, or other alert/notice indicating an RSVP has been successfully claimed for a specific event.

How MANY RESERVATIONS CAN I MAKE?

With each newly announced event and/or RSVP release session the amount of possible reservations will increase for each attendee's QR code. The amount of potential reservations for each attendee QR code will also be listed on the "Schedule Registrations Details" webpage beneath your name under the "Managing Schedule for" header. Continue to monitor this web page and and mobile app for updates.


I have MULTIPLE badges BUT WAS UNABLE to CONFIRM reservations for EVERYONE IN MY GROUP. what are my options?

Programming Reservations are available in limited quantities and not guarantied to all eligible participants due to each room's specific capacities mandated by the property and Fire Marshall. Either proceed with the confirmed reservations or release them to the public for others to claim.


"I got a reservation but my child didn't and they are too young to be alone." or "my child got a reservation but i didn't and they are too young to be alone."

Be advised you are responsible for ensuring they have supervision both outside and inside a programming room regardless of the circumstance. If that entails abstaining from participation in scheduled programming to prioritize their safety/security then coordinators respect and encourage that choice. Minors such as toddlers that meet the age policy outlined in the website registration FAQ permitting entry to the event-at-large without an admission badge may sit on your lap without having a separate programming reservation.

My FRIEND/FAMILY/coworker didn't get a reservation and we need to stay together.

If you are unable to redeem a reservation and would like to remain as a group it would be the responsibility of your friend, family, or other associate to abstain from participating in an RSVP event to maintain the group’s proximity and affiliation. It is not the convention’s responsibility to grant entry to a person without a reservation to connect with their group since there are likely hundreds of attendees with similar circumstances that also cannot all be accommodated due to the limited nature of this opportunity.


What if I don't have my confirmation email because someone else bought my badge?

You will need to present the QR code in the Leap Conventions confirmation web page to enter the Main Stage panel room as your Confirmed Reservation is attached to it. If you do not have a copy of the email with the QR code, you will need to contact the person who bought your badges and ask them to forward you the original confirmation web page. Contact Leap Conventions Customer Care with any additional question, comments, and concerns.


wHAT IF I PURCHASED A BADGE FROM THE THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM LYTE?

The process is the same. When a purchase is completed on LYTE you will receive a LEAP CONVENTIONS confirmation page with same setup, layout, and back-end configurations as all other badge types natively acquired via the primary platform. All third-party exchange customers should have received a LYTE confirmation page and a Leap Conventions confirmation page. The latter document is for this process and identical in execution. Contact LYTE Customer Support if you have not receive the latter.


Will my friends/family and I be able to sit together?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all members of a group will be able to sit together. If this is a priority for you, event coordinators recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance and with your entire party in line.


are attendees allowed to save seats inside the programming room?

Saving seats will not be permitted and event coordinators will request that fans move and sit as closely as possible to make room for enough people to enjoy the panel as possible. Please arrive at in advance of an event beginning with your entire party in line and ready to enter.


What if I have to leave to use the restroom?

Please speak to a Crew or Staff member as you exit so they can explain the reentry process. This may entail different types of protocol depending on the event and location: scanning out via a digital QR code, redeeming a physical rally ticket etc. Please also monitor the mobile app and website for additional details regarding on-site protocol.


I can no longer attend. Can I cancel my reservation ticket so someone else has a chance?

You can cancel your reservation by logging into your Leap Conventions/GrowTix account online or by accessing it via your confirmation email and clicking the red X next to the panel on your itinerary, followed by the red REMOVE button.


I accidentally cancelled my reservation ticket, can you add it back on for me?

Dream Con is unable to re-add reservations to your personal account under any circumstance especially if there is no quantity available and the capacity has been reached. Please seek other programming and activities.


What hAPPENS IF SOMEONE CANCELS THEIR reservation ticket? will THAT SEAT BECOME AVAILABLE?

Cancelled reservation will immediately become available to all eligible attendees via the "Register For Panels" button on their confirmation web page. There will not be a notification if this opportunity occurs therefore we recommend checking on a regular basis at your convenience or leisure.


If people leave during the programming can I wait in line to take their place?

That option is not available. Once the doors have closed and the room has reached capacity for an activity requiring RSVP please find alternative programming via the official schedule on the Dream Con mobile app. The logistical challenge of finding and filling abandoned seats is too difficult for seamless execution and is also distracting to audience members and on-stage facilitators.

how much does an rsvp ticket cost?

There is no additional cost for a programming RSVP.
