Other personal and third-party professional commitments on-site at the venue will be secondary to official staff meetings and tasks. Please note both WEDNESDAY, JULY 8th and MONDAY, JULY 13TH should be reserved for travel to and from the event. Recreational engagement with event programming will be highly limited for staff members. NOTE: Persons looking for a hybrid experience of working the event and enjoying programming such as main events, special events, meet and greets etc. should consider and prioritize applying to the volunteer crew program.

Application Process

To apply, read all department descriptions & responsibilities relevant to your experience and expertise. The general application allows you to select up to three (3) departments you’re most interested in. You will be required to submit a resume with your application. So make sure you have that ready to go!

Please allow at least 1-2 months for the selection committee to review applications. Interviews with the Human Resources team or specific department managers and directors will be scheduled as needed. Recruitment Coordinators will contact you as soon as updates are available.
