Jordan Bentley

Jordan Bentley is the founder of Hypland, an anime-inspired apparel brand. At the age of 13, Jordan started the brand as a middle school project. Since 2010, Jordan has grown Hyplnd into a trailblazer company in the anime streetwear scene and is one of the top brands in this unique space.  Hypland has collaborated with brands like Dragon Ball, Naruto, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Hello Kitty. Jordan creatively married his love of streetwear with his passion for anime and has birthed an explosion of distinctive and highly sought-after apparel, accessories, and home goods. Hypland has provided a platform for the recognition of Black fans, designers, and creatives in a niche genre where the Black anime market was previously untapped. Jordan Bentley has also appeared as a cast member on Issa Rae’s and HBO Max’s reality TV series, Sweet Life: Los Angeles
