Fun fact: Kenneisha’s very first gig behind the mic was as aradio personality back in 2003! What started as a love for connecting with listeners quickly grew into a full-blown acting career spanning anime, video games, film, and TV — and she’s been lighting up screens and sound booth sever since.

Anime fans know and love her as “Suiren” in TheApothecary Diaries, “Naomi Drunk” in One Piece Film: Gold, and the fierce “Queen Boudica” in Radiant, to name a few. Gamers will recognize her as the iconic “Lady Aurelia Hammerlock” in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequeland Borderlands 3, and as “Reyna” in Battle born. Catch her recurring as “Semiu Grier” in the hit anime Gachiakuta, now streaming on Crunchyroll!

On-screen, Kenneisha’s worked with incredible talents likeDebbie Allen, David Oyelowo, William H. Macy, Brittany Snow, and Academy Award winner Casey Affleck. Her credits include: Lawmen: Bass Reeves(Paramount+), Grey’s Anatomy (ABC), Secrets of Sulphur Springs(Disney+), and Dallas (TNT). Her performance as “Dussie Mae” in MaRainey’s Black Bottom even earned her BroadwayWorld.com’s BestSupporting Actress regional theatre award.

Beyond the booth, Kenneisha’s passion for arts and education shines just as brightly. A proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, she’s volunteered with Statera Arts, mentored with Junior Players and Big Thought, and taught fine arts at The Potter’s House Dallas. In 2017, she launched# FindYourLight! Acting & Career Coaching, her inspirational company dedicated to helping artists stir their gifts and shine from within.

Born and raised in Arlington, TX, and a proud Hampton University grad, Kenneisha loves spending downtime with her amazing husband and soaking in live theatre whenever she can.
