Internationally acclaimed for his groundbreaking role as Zach, the Original Black Ranger, he created the first Black superhero in live-action television on the iconic children's series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. 30 years later Walter reprised his role for the 1-hour anniversary special Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, which peaked at #3 on Netflix!

Beyond acting, he performs music under the name Tre Emanuel and is an accomplished dancer and choreographer who notably represented the United States at the 1992 Olympic Closing Ceremonies in Barcelona, earned the title of the 2004 Mayan World Champion in the world of Salsa, and was honored as an Ibo Chief by His Majesty Igwe P.N.
