Merchandising & Digital Retail

The Merchandising & Digital Retail Department is responsible for all Dream Con merchandise and products both online and in-person. This department manages the merchandise inventory, keeps up with market trends, and communicates with suppliers and distributors to make sure Dream Con has the best products for our shoppers.


  • Monitor the merchandise website and orders 
  • Fulfill all online merchandise orders 
  • Manage Dream Con merchandise and inventory onsite
  • Ensure all merchandise is stocked with the right products and quantities 
  • Answer all customer and attendee inquiries online and onsite during the convention
  • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
  • Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
